Finland’s Fiskars strengthens sales organization in Sweden

15 August 2012 - Fiskars continues strengthening its sales organization and has appointed Per Sjödell as new Country Manager for Fiskars Sweden. He joins Fiskars from Pocket Shop AB, where he acted as Chief Executive Officer. Per Sjödell has an extensive background in marketing, sales and business development positions in various well-known companies.

Previously, he has served as Country Manager for GANT Sweden AB and as Global Retail & Marketing Director for GANT AB. He has also acted as Global Marketing Director for H&M AB. As Country Manager for Fiskars Sweden, Per reports directly to Jakob Hägerström, President, Sales Region North. 

“Fiskars has a clear ambition to grow, and we are investing in a strong sales organization that is able to sell our whole offering and open new business opportunities in each market. Sweden is one of Fiskars key markets, and Per will bring us both international business experience from the branded consumer goods business and solid understanding of the Swedish trade environment”, says Jakob Hägerström, President, Fiskars Sales Region North.
