Percepta Expands Operations in China

13 August 2012 - Following a launch in China in 2011, Percepta is pleased to announce an expansion of its team from 22 to a total of 39 members of staff. The Customer Contact Centre located in Shanghai’s Jinqiao district, will now include a number of dedicated specialist teams to address customer enquiries and complaints in addition to customer resolution and post sales services previously undertaken. The restructure will also include the addition of a special Brand Welcome Team and Goodwill Specialists who will work with Percepta’s global client to establish and maintain long term customer loyalty. 

This expansion is reflective of the success Percepta has achieved in this region and China’s growth in the global economy”, says Mairi Henderson, Operations Implementation Manager. “We are delighted to be supporting our clients through this period. Restructuring the team into a variety of specialised roles has given us the opportunity to further share best practice from additional touch points in the customer lifecycle and build solid foundations for the future.” 

Percepta aims to launch the restructured operation in October 2012.
