NIIT forays into Bangladesh; launches Bangladesh’s first Cloud Campus

Dhaka, Bangladesh / Delhi, India - 06 September 2012 - NIIT Limited, leading Global Talent Development Corporation and Asia’s largest IT trainer launched its operations in Bangladesh with state-of-the-art education centres at Banani and Dhanmondi in Dhaka. NIIT entered into a partnership with Dragon Group, a leading business group of Bangladesh, to offer a vast range of industry-aligned, employability enhancing programs, to create a pool of skilled IT professionals in the country. 

The company will launch a vast portfolio of career programs which includes the flagship program, GNIIT - Bangladesh’s First Cloud Campus ecosystem and programs in other IT domains like Web Development, Smartphone Application Development, Multimedia, Graphics and Infrastructure Management. NIIT would also offer professional skills programs to develop industry-ready professionals. 

The new GNIIT program based on all new cloud centric curriculum can be pursued anywhere anytime, by leveraging the unique cloud learning methodology. This allows student to learn not only at an NIIT centre but also through Bangladesh‘s first Cloud Campus, that leverages the power of Information Technology in education.
