Symphony Teleca Expands Development Center in Bangalore, India

Palo Alto, Calif. and Bangalore, India - 17 September 2012 – Symphony Teleca Corporation, formerly known as Symphony Service Corp., today marked the expansion of its existing Bangalore development center by moving into a new facility in Whitefield, Bangalore. This relocation will allow the company to best meet the surging global demand for product development services and solutions that give companies a competitive advantage as connected devices, the cloud and software converge. The expansion also signifies Symphony Teleca’s continued commitment towards India as a global innovation hub. With the new center, Symphony Teleca will now have three offices in Bangalore and double its current capacity to be able to house over 4500 employees. The new facility is designed with a host of futuristic features for a holistic working experience including the use of green architecture on the campus to create a positive impact on the environment.

This move comes in the wake of myriad awards won by the newly merged company including being ranked as a top outsourced product development provider by Global Services. Global Services also named the company as a 2012 top 100 Global Services Provider overall. Other recent accolades include leadership awards from Zinnov in ISV R&D, Enterprise and Consumer Software, Telecom, Networking and Communications. Recently, Internet Telephony also recognized the company with its Innovation Award and Unified Communications Award. Additionally, Symphony Teleca received the NGN Leadership Award for 2012.
