Revolabs Opens New European Sales and Support Office in Kent, UK

Sudbury, Mass. - 22 October 2012 - In a strategic move to accommodate the needs of its growing number of multinational customers, Revolabs Inc. today announced that the company has opened a new sales and support office in Europe. Located in Tonbridge, Kent — 30 minutes outside of London — the new location provides more convenient pre- and post-sales support for Revolabs’ EMEA and Asia-Pacific customers.

“In the last few years, Revolabs’ client base has grown dramatically, with more and more multinational organizations investing in our technology for their high-profile meeting environments,” said Marc Cremer, COO at Revolabs. “The addition of a new office in Europe strengthens the company’s support infrastructure to meet the needs and expectations of our valued customers. When combined with our U.S. office, we can now offer nearly round-the-clock support globally.”

The European office provides Revolabs’ EMEA channel of distributors and integrators with a local source for pre- and post-sale support activities, greatly reducing response times. The company is able to service 80 percent of its European client base in person, as technicians can quickly travel to the key capital cities in the region. For Revolabs’ Asia-Pacific customers, the availability of European and U.S. offices provides more convenient access to the company’s unmatched telephone support. Additionally, Revolabs’ Chinese website is now live to support the company’s Chinese-speaking customers.

In addition to sales and support staff, the new site features a video conference demonstration link, which allows Revolabs’ partners and customers to dial into and hear the far end quality of the company’s HD microphones for video and audio conferencing.

Revolabs Inc. is the premier provider of wireless audio solutions for unified communications, enterprise collaboration, and professional audio applications across a wide range of markets. Offering unmatched audio quality that allows users to “hear every word,” the company’s wireless conferencing and microphone systems are utilized across the globe for a variety of applications, from webcasts and video conferencing to podcasts and broadcasting.
