Aditya Birla Minacs sets up new 600-seat center in Mexico City, Mexico

- Partnership with Qualfon, a leading BPO provider 
- Provide Customer Service and BPO Solutions to Clients

Toronto, Canada - 26 Novembe 2012 - Aditya Birla Minacs, a global business solutions company (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo), today announced that it has set up a new center in Mexico City, Mexico in partnership with Qualfon, a leading global BPO provider with proven LATAM contact center experience. This center will provide customer support services to Minacs’ clients in North America.

The 600-seat center will offer a wide range of facilities to employees in a world-class working environment. Qualfon will partner with Minacs to provide customer service support in English and Spanish to its clients. Senior Minacs executives will provide leadership onsite to ensure the delivery of a world-class service experience to customers.
