Help/Systems Opens New Office in London, UK

Minneapolis, MN - 12 February 2013 - Help/Systems, LLC announced the opening of a new European headquarters in London to support staff expansion and serve future growth. With corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the company has 14 offices worldwide with more than 200 employees, 45 products, and 6,300 customers.

“We are very excited to see our customer base grow so rapidly outside the United States,” said Jim Cassens, Managing Director of Help/Systems International. “This will allow us to continue adding staff to support the needs of our customers and strategic partners across Europe.”

Acknowledging the company’s record growth in 2012—which included record product licenses and three acquisitions—Cassens said the new headquarters “will provide the scalability to expand as well.”

The company’s 2012 acquisitions included two UK-based companies – CCSS Ltd and Safestone Technologies. The companies, which specialise in information security and systems management, expand Help/Systems product offerings in compliance and system performance monitoring for data centers with IBM Power Systems.

“These investments in new solutions and resources are necessary in order to support our continued growth outside the US, both organically and via acquisition,” said Help/Systems CEO Janet Dryer.
