Network Redux Opens New Office in Kochi, India

Portland, Ore. 03 June 2013 - Network Redux, a leading managed service and Web hosting provider, has opened an office in Kochi, formally known as Cochin, India. The new location will enable the company to provide enhanced customer service to its global client base and strengthens Network Redux’s response to client IT requests of any severity level 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

The new office will be led by Sujith Mohan, director and lead system architect. Mohan brings extensive industry experience to his new role, including 10 years of experience in the managed service industry.

As the third Network Redux customer support location, the Kochi office is part of a strategic development plan that will allow the company to continually increase the quality and reach of its services. The office is currently staffed with six data center and network engineers, systems administrators, and systems architects.
