Concentrix to create 100 permanent jobs in Belfast, Northern Ireland

03 July 2013 - Global business process outsourcing company Concentrix Corporation (formerly gem) has launched a recruitment drive after securing new business within the technology and gadgets sector. The company is seeking to recruit 100 permanent staff over the next four weeks with an additional 150 temporary positions within the next few months. The new recruits will be required to handle customer service, inbound sales and chat services for a well known global technology company.

Recruitment Manager, Marcella McKeever said: “After successfully securing a new contract to provide customer services to a high calibre client, we are pleased to be in a position to offer 100 permanent positions within Concentrix with a further 150 temporary positions available in the coming months. We’re keen to target anyone with an interest in the technology sector, who has a good knowledge of electronic gadgets, to work full-time in customer service.”
