Wipro Launches Global Customer Experience Center in California

New Jersey, USA and Bangalore, India – 21 August 2014 - Wipro Ltd. today announced the launch of a global Customer Experience Center (CEC) at Wipro's Mountain View office in California, United States. The lab is designed to demonstrate emerging technologies, test proof of concepts and give customers the opportunity to see the latest data center, enterprise, and cloud solutions in real-world, real-time scenarios.

The Wipro CEC is a best-in-class technology demonstration lab, leveraging Cisco's leading-edge UCS scale out infrastructure for the SAP HANA® platform, Common Platform Architecture for Big Data, and Cisco's Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI). It also uses the latest immersive, collaborative, and interactive demonstration technologies available in the industry.

The global CEC was officially inaugurated by Azim H. Premji, Chairman, Wipro Ltd, and Robert Lloyd, President, Development and Sales, Cisco. The facility is located in Mountain View, California, and is the third Innovation lab to be opened in association with Cisco. It follows the Bangalore CEC, India, which opened in 2012, and an Energy industry-focused CEC opened in 2013 in Houston, Texas.
