UAE to Open Trade Office in India

• The UAE will open a trade office in India soon, Minister of Foreign Trade, Shaikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, said at the Federal National Council (FNC) session on Tuesday.
• The office is designed to open more global markets to the UAE exports, similar to those the country has set up in the US, China and Switzerland, she said in reply to a question of Sultan Saqr Al Suwaidi, member of the FNC, on the procedures the Ministry of Foreign Trade has made to encourage the opening of international markets to domestic products.
